Founded in 1947 by the deceased Christos Rovlias, the firm has developed over the years a steady clientele of major Greek and foreign corporations. His son, Konstantinos Rovlias, member of the Greek Parliament since 7.3.2004, developed the firm into a major Greek law firm specialised in construction, public works and related sectors as well as in various business investments. Mr. Konstantinos Rovlias was the legal advisor of the Technical Chamber of Greece and the legal advisor of the Association of Greek Construction Firms of the Highest Class, a position that is currently held by his wife and partner of the firm Efi Karavi-Rovlias.

Our firm has acted as legal counsel to contractors of renown projects in the Greek construction market, including the Athens Metro, the Aktion – Preveza submerged tunnel crossing, the Olympic Village, the Athens Garages concession projects, the implementation of the Calatrava design in the surrounding areas of the Athens Olympic Complex, several building projects (including the Thessaloniki Business Centre, the Athens Concert Hall and the Akropolis Museum) and several projects in the energy sectors. The firm co-operates with foreign law firms, where necessary, for the handling of cases involving trans-border legal issues.
