Christos Rovlias (†)
He is the founder of our firm. He was born in 1917. He established the Law Office in 1947 and had an everyday presence until his death in 2004. He was a venerable presence of the Athens Bar. Our Law Office is named after him, in memory of his contribution.

Konstantinos (Dinos) Rovlias
He was born in 1956 in Athens where he attended Varvakeios Model High School. He studied law at the University of Athens and he pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Paris II, where he obtained a DEA de droit immobilier. He is practising law in Athens since 1981. He was the Legal Counsel of the Association of Greek Technical Companies of the highest class and the Legal Counsel of the Technical Chamber of Greece. He served as President of the Football Pools Organisation (OPAP) in the period 1989-1990. From May 2000 to February 2002 he served as Secretary General at the Ministry of Transport and Communication. In addition, Mr. Konstantinos Rovlias was member of the Greek Parliament in the period 2004-2012 and Vice Minister of Internal Affairs, Development and Administrative Reform in the period 2009-2012. He speaks French and English.

Efi Karavi
She was born in 1956 in Athens where she attended Arsakeion High School. She studied law at the University of Athens. She is practising law in Athens since 1982 and is the Legal Counsel of the Association of Greek Technical Companies of the highest class (STEAT). She speaks French and English.

Filio Menti
She was born in 1960 in Athens. She studied law at the University of Athens. She is practising law in Athens since 1986. She was member of the Board of Legal Counsels of the Technical Chamber of Greece. She speaks English and German.

Anna Bokolini
She was born in 1956 in Mytilini, Lesvos. She studied law at the University of Athens and she has pursued postgraduate studies in property law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She was a scientific collaborator of the Hellenic Institute of International Law and International Relations, Thessaloniki. She is practising law in Athens since 1981. She served as a lecturer at the Piraeus Institute of Technical Education (TEI). She speaks English and French.

Elena Asteriou
She was born in Athens in 1972, where she attended Athens College. She studied law at the University of Athens and pursued postgraduate studies at the Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London, England, where she obtained an LL.M in commercial and corporate law. She currently works on her PhD thesis on competition in telecommunications. She has served as an adviser to the Ministry of Transport and Communications in the period 2000 – 2004. She speaks English, French and German.

Nikolaos Bouzas
He was born in 1977 in Athens. He studied law in the Thrace Law School at Komotini and pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Brussels (U.L.B.), where he obtained a DESS en droit européen. In the course of his postgraduate studies, he had the chance to follow several procedures before the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg. He is practising law in Athens since 2002. He speaks English and French.

Aris Deliveris

He was born in 1983 in Trikala. He studied law at the University of Athens and pursued postgraduate studies in Labor Law at the University of Athens. He is practicing law in Athens since 2006. He has served as an adviser to the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Electronic Governance. He speaks English and French.

Konstantinos Stafylopatis

He was born in Athens in 1990. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Athens in 2012 and pursued postgraduate studies at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Germany, where he obtained an LL.M. with distinction in 2014. His Master thesis concerned arbitration in construction projects. He is practicing law in Athens since 2014. He speaks English, French and German.
